Take some time for yourself to relax and restore as Sound Therapist Laura takes you on a journey of sound with the use of traditional Himalayan Singing Bowls and Percussion to create a range of healing sounds and vibrations that fill your body and mind.

After arriving and settling on the mats Laura will take you on a short, guided meditation to settle you in, then on a journey of sound. Being a small intimate event Laura offers a more bespoke sound bath and may move around the room intuitively to bring certain frequencies to certain parts of the body. There will be 5 minutes of silence after to let the sound resonate in your body and have the full healing effect. Then Laura will gently bring you back into the space, followed by some herbal tea.

Sound healing has been used for thousands of years around the world to heal both mental and physical ailments. Sound provides soothing healing and vibrations to help you reach a deeper level of contemplation & relaxation. As the sounds resonates through you, they promote overall well-being and encourages your body to heal itself, reducing stress, relieving tension and lifting your mood. These results are often the case but its anecdotally proven rather than scientifically for now. 

It can also be a space to set personal intentions to improve mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and to meet aspects which we feel might be blocking us.
