This weekly class with Tammy will guide you through a set of simple breathing techniques to help reduce anxiety, stress, and increase your energy levels for the day. Followed by a meditation practice to enable you to ground, unplug and balance putting your body and mind in the right space for the day ahead.Take that time for yourself, and nourish your mind, body, and soul.
