During the initial consultation Sophie will find out a full history of your health, including past medical history, family health, allergies, diet and lifestyle so having any of this information to hand will be helpful.

In your holistic health assessment I will ask you a series of questions about the different systems of your body- this is soI can get a real and detailed understanding of your health, and any issues there might be.When you book your first appointment I will send you a welcome information pack, so you know what to expect, and what information to bring with you.£60.00

Follow Up Consultation

When seeing a Herbalist, you are embarking on your journey to better health and healing.Ongoing appointments are necessary to check in with your progress, see if any alterations need to be made to your prescription, and most importantly to make sure you are happy with your treatment.These appointments are less detailed than the initial consultation, so are shorter, and will usually be on a monthly basis.£30.00

Treatment Plan

After completing your holistic health assessment and discussing your primary health issue in more detail, I will compose a treatment plan for you.This usually consists of a herbal prescription I will make (this could be a tea or tincture)- dependent on your condition & preference), and will also include diet and lifestyle advice.After the consultation I will email you a summary of your health assessment and your treatment plan.I advocate for patient empowered healing, meaning I want you to be able to know what’s going on in your body and have an input in your treatment plan, so you can help yourself heal.
